Shubham is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Clemson University. Before this, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow on the WEAVE project. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Transportation Engineering (Civil) from Purdue University, and his B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Shubham’s research is at the nexus of engineering and social sciences. His primary research focuses on human factors issues in transportation, especially related to emerging technologies. He extensively collaborates on research related to connected and automated vehicles, real-time information systems, workforce development, smart mobility, new-generation smartphone apps, and alternative fuel transportation.
